For many years, I was the woman who looked like she had everything under control while carrying more than anyone could see.

Like many of the women I work with today, I understand what it feels like to be responsible, driven, and committed to showing up for others—even when you're exhausted yourself.

That understanding, combined with my professional training and experience, is what led me to become a therapist, coach, and advocate for emotional well-being.

I've always known that my purpose is to help people grow, heal, and create lives that feel meaningful and aligned with who they truly are. From a young age, I felt drawn to understand others and walking alongside them through life's challenges and transformations. Over the years, that calling has shaped every part of my professional and personal journey.
