Meet Viviana
Licensed Mental Health Counselor & Certified Coach
Currently practicing in Colorado and Florida
For many years, I was the person everyone could count on.
As a therapist, leader, daughter, wife, mother, and business owner, I understand what it feels like to carry responsibility, put others first, and keep going—even when you're exhausted. I also know how easy it is to lose yourself while taking care of everyone else.
That understanding is one of the reasons I'm so passionate about the work I do.
For more than 20 years, I've helped individuals navigate anxiety, burnout, trauma, life transitions, and the emotional challenges that often accompany midlife, perimenopause, and menopause. My goal is to create a space where you can finally put down the weight you've been carrying, understand what's happening beneath the surface, and begin reconnecting with yourself.
I believe therapy is about more than reducing symptoms. It's about helping you create a life that feels calmer, more intentional, and more aligned with who you truly are.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique story. I integrate evidence-based therapies—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-based therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness, and coaching principles—to help you move beyond simply coping and toward lasting healing and growth.
Originally from Venezuela, I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello and my Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Certified Executive and Life Coach, and have advanced training in trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and integrative approaches to mental health. I also provide immigration psychological evaluations with cultural sensitivity and clinical expertise.
Today, through The Strive Company, I help women who have spent years being "the strong one" find a different way forward. My clients are accomplished, caring, and resilient—but they're also tired. They want more than to simply get through each day. They want to feel like themselves again.
If you're ready to stop carrying everything alone, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
