One of the most frustrating parts of traditional therapy—for both my clients and me—is that some of the most meaningful work begins just as our session is coming to an end. There have been countless times when a client reaches an important breakthrough, begins processing a deeply rooted experience, or finally feels safe enough to explore something they've carried for years... and then we're forced to stop because the clock says our 60 minutes are over. As a therapist, that has never felt ideal. Healing doesn't always happen on a schedule, and profound moments deserve the time and space they need. That's why I created Therapy Intensives. They allow us to stay with the work instead of putting it on hold for another week. We can follow the process wherever it needs to go, without rushing, without watching the clock, and without losing momentum. My clients often tell me that having uninterrupted time helps them connect dots they had never seen before, experience breakthroughs that felt out of reach, and leave with a sense of clarity and relief that would have taken months to achieve in traditional weekly therapy.
